What does AI mentoring look like?
A one-on-one or team session, over video or in person around Knoxville. You bring your questions and your real work, and we work through them together: which tools to use, how to ask them for what you need, and how to use them safely. It’s $150 an hour, with no long-term commitment.
Is it safe to use AI with my business information?
It can be, when it’s set up carefully. We choose tools with sensible privacy settings, keep sensitive customer details out of places they don’t belong, and keep a person in charge of anything that goes to customers. Our support team reviews security before anything goes live.
Will AI replace my staff?
That’s not our goal. We use AI to take repetitive work off your team’s plate so they can spend more time with customers and on the work only people can do.
How much does it cost to add AI to my business?
A single automation starts at $900. A full Discovery and AI plan is $1,500, and you keep the plan either way. Mentoring and consulting are $150 an hour with no minimum, and monthly on-call support is available. Every project starts with a free call, and every price is confirmed in writing before work starts.
Can you build a custom app for a small business?
Yes. Scheduling portals, booking and ordering tools, client portals, inventory trackers, and dashboards are all within reach now that AI speeds up the building. Builds start with a $1,500 plan that includes a fixed quote.
Do you still do websites?
Yes. We audit websites for $750 and upgrade them from $4,500, with a focus on being easy to update and easy to find in Google and AI assistants.
Who actually does the work?
Brooke leads every project and works with you directly. A small support team helps with security, testing, hosting, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What if I want to stop working with you?
Everything we make is yours: accounts, data, and code. We hand it all over with simple instructions, at no charge. That’s our Ownership Pledge.
Do you only work in Knoxville?
We’re based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and work with clients anywhere by video. Local clients can meet in person.
